Intellicheck has redesigned our Portal application that improves our redundancy, disaster recovery and overall performance. Please follow the below process to update your Portal access prior to 7 April 2025.

The following URLs will no longer be in service effective as of 7 April 2025 and you will automatically be redirected to our new login page:
• idcportal.intellicheck.com
• retailidweb.intellicheck.com
• idcportal4.intellicheck.com
Customer Impact
- Effective immediately, Intellicheck Portal has a new login page as the primary interface for Portal customers.
- Please begin using https://hub.intellicheck.com as your new Portal login interface.
Your new login page will look like this:
First-Time Login Experience to New URL
The first time you log into https://hub.intellicheck.com, you will be asked to provide your CELL/MOBILE number in order for our new system to establish two-factor authentication (2FA).
Please be sure to use your CELL/MOBILE number, not a landline. You must use your current login information to access the new Portal login:
- Current email address (do not use UserName)
- Current password
- CELL/MOBILE number
*NOTE: If your company does not allow you to use a mobile phone number as a part of your corporate policy, please enter any phone number. Once a phone number is provided, you may use your email for 2FA.
Troubleshooting Logging into the new Portal
If you attempt to login using your current email address and password, please take these next steps:
- Confirm you are using your EMAIL ADDRESS (not username) and your current password.
- If so, please take these next steps:
a. Please go to https://idcportal.intellicheck.com/ and reset your password here.
b. Return to https://hub.intellicheck.com and use your email and new password to login.
